Step I

  •  

    Organising visit for acquiring land

  •  

    Providing our recommendations/suggestions for finalising land after visits in discussions with the stakeholders

Step II

  •  

    Assisting in filling up application for acquisition of land.

  •  

    Liaisoning with the designated authority/state government/private enterprise as the case may be for acquisition of the land.

  •  

    Assistance in preparation of the documents required for acquisition of the land e.g. filling an application, etc on the basis of the information to be provided.

  •  

    Preparation of various documents including Project Report for submission of application on the basis of the information provided to us.

  •  

    Helping the Company for signing the memorandum of understanding with the State Government if required.

Step III

  •  

    Assistance in making documentation for allotment letter.

  •  

    Assistance in getting allotment letter, if applicable from the authority.

  •  

    Assistance in making documentation for possession letter.

  •  

    Coordination with the authority for getting the possession letter, if any.

  •  

    Assistance in filing application for stamp duty exemption in case of new allotment of land.

  •  

    Liaisoning with the stamp duty department

  •  

    Replying to queries raised by department and resubmitting the application if needed.

  •  

    Assistance in making documentation for lease deed.

  •  

    Coordination with the authority and the Registrar for getting the lease deed registered, if any.

  •  

    Assistance in generation of Form 26QB and Form 16B (TDS on acquiring land).

  •  

    Evaluating the tax implification of related land cost

  •  

    Evaluation of various Central and State government incentives and assistance in availing them
